Cheikh Ndiaye – Senegal
"Skilled Work, Legal Pay, and Respect Abroad"
I am Cheikh Ndiaye, a trained metal fitter from Dakar, Senegal. For years, I worked on small welding and assembly projects, but the pay was low, and there was no job security. I wanted to use my skills in a place where my work would be valued, but I feared the scams and false promises that so many friends had experienced when trying to work abroad.
My journey changed when I connected with AtoZ Serwis Plus. They listened to my story, looked at my qualifications, and told me about a legal job opening in a metal assembly unit in Poland. Unlike other agencies, they explained every step, from the Poland work permit process to how the visa application would be handled through the Polish Embassy in Dakar.
They prepared my work permit quickly, guided me through the visa interview, and even gave me a detailed checklist in French so I could prepare without confusion. When I arrived in Poland, I was met by a welcoming team who helped me settle into my new accommodation near the factory.
Today, I work in a modern facility building steel structures. My employer provides full PPE (personal protective equipment), fair wages paid on time, and a proper break schedule. It feels good to work in an environment where safety and respect are priorities.
I now earn enough to support my family back home while also saving for my future. I have a legal contract, health insurance, and the security of knowing that I am working within the law.
For me, this is not just a job—it is a new life. AtoZ Serwis Plus didn’t just arrange my paperwork; they gave me confidence, dignity, and a future worth working for. I tell everyone in my community that if they want to migrate, they should do it the right way—legally, safely, and with people who keep their promises.
