The policy is valid internationally. If you leave Germany for an extended time, your dog liability insurance continues to cover you abroad.

Damage to Your Own Property

The policy does not cover damage to items that you personally own.

Rented Electronics

If your dog damages rented electronics (like a borrowed TV or appliance), it’s not included in the coverage.

Glass Breakage in Rented Homes

Glass items in your rented flat—like windows or aquariums—are not covered. You’ll need separate household insurance for this.

Purebred Dangerous Breeds
