Compensating your new employees is one of any expansion’s most critical facets. Different countries have various minimum wage laws, bonus requirements, and payment methods that you must learn before adding employees to your payroll.Benefits are another similarly critical region. Failure to offer guaranteed compensation could result in fines, and forgetting any extra benefits could lead workers to look around for jobs.
If you need to outsource Poland's salaries and incentives, select AtoZ Serwis Plus Polan. We will make sure that your staff are compensated properly and offer incentives that will ensure that your employees feel like respected members of your team.
Poland has recently increased the minimum wage to 14.70 PLN per hour by 7.1 percent in 2019. Usually, workers work eight hours a day for 40 hours a week. Anything else is called overtime, and must be allowed by the supervisor. Poland's benefits regulations base overtime from a 50 percent to 100 percent gross wage allowance plan on top of the daily wage or extra vacation days of the employee.
First of all, the Polish benefit distribution scheme would protect all guaranteed benefits. Poland has 13 public holidays on which the day off is given to workers. Depending on tenure, workers are therefore entitled to 20 to 26 days of paid leave per year. In Poland, this tenure is focused on both periods of jobs and schooling at just one employer regardless of the duration of service.
Maternity and paternity leave, provided for by the Social Security Bureau, is another promised advantage (ZUS). The period of maternity leave depends on how many children are delivered to female workers. A mother receives 20 weeks of maternity leave after giving birth to one child, while a woman who gives birth to five or more children receives 37 weeks. Male workers earn paternity leave for two weeks, which they will take until the infant reaches 24 months of age.
Poland's compensation management also covers any extra incentives that workers may receive. Private health insurance, especially for senior workers in larger cities, is becoming more common in Poland. If you want to have an extra health care plan, you can merge it into one contract with an Occupational Medical Center with a mandatory preventive medical test. You may also give workers an incentive to use for health care of about 150 PLN to 300 PLN a month.
Any further limitations on incentives and wages depending on sector and position should be kept in mind for employers. Check alongside a specialist or review the legislative minimums in advance so that you can have the best practicable strategy for workers.
