The AtoZ Serwis Plus GEO Solution
What is a GEO?
A Global Employment Organization (GEO) is a simple and cost-effective way to start quickly in a foreign country. The GEO becomes your worldwide HR partner as the employer of record, relieving you of the administrative burden of hiring and managing payroll for your employees.
The GEO bears legal responsibility for your overseas employees, sponsoring them on work permits (if required), following with local employment legislation, and processing their monthly payroll as your local expert in all matters relating to employment in a foreign country.
This includes subtracting all mandatory tax and social security contributions under local legislation.
What We Do
With AtoZ Serwis Plus GEO, you'll be covered in every aspect of foreign employment. Here's how we can assist you:
Payroll and Income Taxes: We handle all aspects of in-country payroll, including tax, expenditure reimbursements, benefits, and social security deductions, on your behalf.
Local Employment: Employment contracts that cover statutory employee rights and employer obligations are expected to comply with local legislation. From the first contract signing and onboarding administration to the termination of your employee, we handle the entire process.
Work Permits and Immigration: If you send an employee to a foreign country, we'll sponsor work visas as the Employer of Record.
In essence, it will be the same as having an HR partner in any country where you hire. You won't have to find and track down various local suppliers in a foreign country. Instead, we'll bring everything you need and inform you about local regulations and rules.
You may relax knowing that specialists familiar with the ins and outs of working in that country will handle all nation-specific needs.
Why Use a GEO?
There are three key benefits for you because AtoZ Serwis Plus GEO handles most administrative and legal functions:
Reduced hiring costs in a new market
Increasing the speed with which you can hire someone and get them started.
Avoiding the hazards and shocks that come with visiting a strange country
This frees up your time to focus on the business reason for hiring overseas without the unnecessary stress. In addition to these benefits, Baker & McKenzie state outsourcing employment and payroll through a third party such as a Global Employment Organization should reduce Permanent Establishment exposure as long as the employee doesn’t exercise “contract-concluding authority”.
Using a GEO vs Incorporating
You may hire your foreign employee swiftly, legally, and cost-effectively with AtoZ Serwis Plus GEO. You'll be able to engage people in new nations worldwide under set budgets and timelines. You'll know everything up front, so there won't be any unpleasant surprises.
Your employee will be set up and ready to work in no time, cutting the time it takes to set up a business in the country from months to weeks.
The procedure will be extended if you want to create a local entity. You'll need to find local suppliers to deliver all the services a Global Employment Organization provides. You'll need to source and handle, at the very least:
— A company to help you start your local business and find office space
- Employment lawyers, accountants, and immigration specialists in the area
– Local partners in nations that need co-ownership
- Human resources, payroll partners, and employment experts in the area
You'll be responsible for continuously managing each provider, which is daunting for even the largest organisations.
What Does it Cost?
If you choose to work with us, you will have a single point of contact for all employment and payroll services, a dedicated account manager and a single monthly bill with fixed fees. The actual GEO expenses are two-fold and are determined by the nation in which you hire:
The AtoZ Serwis Plus GEO Management Fee is a monthly fixed fee levied per employee.
Obtaining a work permit (if required) is generally a one-time upfront expense.
These fees are collected monthly on top of your employee's monthly wage, employer contributions, taxes, statutory benefits, and other employer expenditures; all included in the Total Cost of Employment (TCE). We also handle your employee's expense reimbursements.
