I grew up in Thimphu, Bhutan, surrounded by the breathtaking Himalayas but with limited job opportunities. Most work available in my hometown was seasonal and low-paying, and I often felt my future was uncertain. I always dreamed of working abroad in a legal and safe way, but I didn’t know where to start.
