- If during the trial period the client decides not to continue with the employee, no fees will be charged.
- After the end of the trial period (in the absence of a complaint from the client), the Employment Agency will issue the client an invoice for employee recruitment services.
If the client resigns from the employment process, he/she does not pay for the service rendered to him/her. The client has an option to replace the employee during the trial period which leads to purchasing another trial period for newly recruited employees.
